The Sink Bloody Mary was built vertically on a stock of celery and included Sink favorites: bacon wrapped glass, olives and pickles, corned beef wrapped Swiss, pit beef and provolone, bacon cream cheese stuffed jalapeños, goat cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates, and a little lemon and lime. The West Flanders Bloody Mary was styled after their signature cheese and pickled vegetable platter. From left to right the candied tender belly bacon was topped with: lime, green pickled olives, sopressata, pickled beets, Brie cheese, pickled kimchi, pickled cantaloupe, pickled jalapeños, humboldt fog cheese, pickled cauliflower and sour pickled Lemon and Celery in the back.
